At Three Sheep Coffee Roasters, we roast our coffees in-house. We use the Air-Motion Roaster to supply a unique and innovative roasting method, called fluidized bed or air roasting. This roaster uses hot air to gently agitate and elevate each coffee bean and bring them to the precise degree of roast.
